Data Sharing & Processing
  1. By using ClipsTrust, you acknowledge and agree that your data, including videos, images, and metadata, will be shared with our servers for verification and authentication purposes.
  2. You allow Clipsturst a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, store, and transmit your data.
  3. ClipTrust will use reasonable security measures to protect your data.
Data Storage & Retention
  1. ClipsTrust stores data on secure servers and will share it accordingly for verification purposes.
  2. ClipsTrust reserves the right to delete data after the retention period expires.
  3. ClipsTrust may share your data with service providers for verification and authentication purposes, law enforcement agencies or regulatory bodies, if required by law, and business partners for joint marketing initiatives.
  4. ClipsTrust will ensure third-party recipients adhere to equivalent data protection standards.
Data Breach

If accidentally or on some rare occasion there is some leakage of data then ClipTrust has to report this issue as soon as possible, preferably within 72 hours. Notifications might not be necessary if a breach is unlikely to contain an individual’s rights & freedoms.

User Indemnification

    3. You can request the correction of inaccurate data. If by any chance, the data about your organization is inaccurate, you can reach out to the ClipsTrust team and ask for rectification regarding your online business.

  3. Right to Erasure

    4. You can request data deletion. By following this rule, if your business information is inaccurate, then you can request data deletion from our website by reaching out to us.

User Consent
  1. By using ClipsTrust, you consent to the collection, processing, storage & sharing of your data.
  2. You understand that data sharing is necessary for verification & authentication purposes.
