Candidates must have passed Class 12th (Intermediate) examination or equivalent from a recognized board. Candidates who have completed only Class 10th (Matriculation) are not eligible. Diploma or engineering degree holders are also not eligible to apply for these posts. No minimum percentage is required for the educational qualification.
No prior work experience is required for UP Police Constable posts.
