ANANT KOTTON SCULPTURES

Anant Kotton Sculptures LLP, founded by Anant Narayan Khairnar in Nashik, Maharashtra, is a unique art studio specializing in creating intricate sculptures entirely from cotton. Established in March 2021, the studio has gained acclaim for its eco-friendly approach to art, producing biodegradable and lightweight sculptures that are both durable and sustainable.

Anant Khairnar, leveraging his background in chemistry, developed a special technique to mold cotton into detailed forms, enhancing the features and expressions of his sculptures. This innovation led to the creation of a seven-and-a-half-foot Mahatma Gandhi sculpture, earning him a Guinness World Record.

The studio's portfolio includes a range of creations, from eco-friendly Ganesha idols to custom sculptures for notable personalities like cricketer Sachin Tendulkar and former President Pratibha Patil. Committed to promoting sustainable art, Anant plans to establish a museum in Nashik to showcase cotton sculptures and inspire future artists.
